Liz has been called into the highest-stakes complexity. At Lehman Brothers, she partnered with the Chief Risk Officer through the firm's collapse and was handpicked by Barclays as COO of Investment Bank Credit Risk, leading post-acquisition integration at scale. At BNY, America's oldest bank, she served nearly a decade as Global COO and Head of Cybersecurity Strategy, scaling the function from 18 to 600+ professionals across 11 countries while sustaining attrition below ten percent against an industry norm of fifteen to twenty. She led the cybersecurity division enabling BNY's Digital Asset Custody platform, making BNY the first systemically important U.S. bank to custody crypto.
Liz is Founder and CEO of ELA Executive Solutions. An operator who has mastered the human side of transformation at enterprise scale, she is a recognized leader in cybersecurity and AI governance and a frequent speaker on the future of cybersecurity leadership in the agentic era. She serves on the Board of Directors of HITEC (Hispanic IT Executive Council).
